Language Churches
Forest Hills Baptist Church includes quite a diverse community of believers. Our three language churches, African, Chinese and Farsi, work together with the sponsoring church to be hospitable and helpful to the Internationals in our community.
All of the people consider themselves to be on Mission together. Our Mission Statement is: "The Ministry to Internationals of Forest Hills Baptist Church is a Christian service organization committed to serving and meeting the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of Internationals from all walks of life." In order to fulfill this calling several events take place together.
Several times a year all the groups come together in corporate worship. This exciting service includes all races and faiths interacting together. For those who are not Christian, it is a great time to learn and observe first hand the faithful worshipping together.
In addition to Sunday morning worship times, often dinners and events are held with all participating groups. These include the fall mountain trip and the beach retreat.
