There is seldom a day or night that goes by that our facility is not utilized in some way to share God's love with people in our community. We praise God that our church is in such demand. The goal of the Administration & Support Council is to manage our church's operational support needs so that we can carry out these ministries to bring glory to God and further His Kingdom. Our highest calling and priority is for all to share equally in the financial support of the staff and the infrastructure which makes our ministries possible. Ephesians 2:19-21 states: Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord.

Property Management: The Holy Spirit calls us to nurture, to connect, and to equip others to impact our world for Christ. To do so, we need a safe, clean and attractive facility for worship, Bible study, fellowship, outreach, and service to our community. The financial resources requested from the teams within the Property Management Committee will be used: 1) to maintain the church property, including the main church building, missionary residence, youth annex, and international house; 2) for our vehicles (rental, maintenance, and replacement); and 3) to maintain and enhance our church grounds. Use of our facilities has increased in the last several years and the committee has made a new request for $3,500 to furnish security on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Expenses related to building maintenance, security, cleaning, insurance and utilities are expected to be over $300,000 in 2007. The Committee also has requested an 8% increase for expected rise in utility costs.

Financial Management: God calls us to be good stewards of His gifts, including our monetary gifts. The Financial Management Committee and its teams continue to examine our finances and our financial status. In addition they develop short term and long range plans for our fiscal needs. They have requested continuing allocation of resources associated with investments in the long term endowment fund and the yearly outside audit.

Staff Support and Operational Needs: Our administrative staff is one of our strongest ministry support assets. God has blessed them with gifts that sustain our ministerial staff and lay leaders in areas of worship, outreach, inreach, and service. The financial resources needed to maintain office efficiency include requests for salaries, professional development, office supplies, office equipment (purchase, rental, and repair), and postage. Included in this will also be $200 for our Historian's needs. Realizing that there are unexpected expenses that arise in the daily operation of our church business, we request $1,000 for miscellaneous needs.

Communications Technology: Technology allows our ministries to reach every corner of our local and global community. The message of Christ's salvation can literally reach thousands every day. Our Communications Technology Team and Internet Team ask for financial resources that will be used to maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.

Capital Reserve and Debt Retirement: Additional resources to support our infrastructure include capital reserve fund ($10,000) and debt retirement ($10,000).
