About Chinese Baptist Church
Our History
Chinese Baptist Church (CBC) started in March 1991 as a Chinese Bible Study Fellowship of Forest Hills Baptist Church. In the 1990s, there were heavy influx of scholars and students from China into the major universities of the United States. Many came to accept Christ, baptized, nurtured and trained for evangelism through our fellowship. The Fellowship quickly grew into a mission church called Chinese Baptist Church in 1997.
Our Vision and Mission
Chinese Baptist Church joins the vision of Forest Hills’ to become a multi-cultural church in the Triangle area. Our mission is to evangelize, connect, and nurture Chinese in the local area and overseas to Jesus Christ.
